We believe that strong, visionary leadership is essential for fulfilling the Great Commission. Our team works tirelessly to provide support, resources, and spiritual direction to ministers across the district.

Amos Garza
District Superintendent
Amos Garza has served as superintendent of South Central Hispanic District since 2018. He and his wife Lydia live in Fort Worth, TX and enjoy spending time with their two beautiful daughters Trisha and Sherrie and grandson Daxton.
Isaura Pulido
District Vice Superintendent
Isaura Pulido is the first women to ever be elected as Vice Superintendent. She had served SCHD as an Executive Presbyter since 2022. She is the lead pastor of Centro Cristiano New Life in El Dorado, AR. She and her husband Andres have served this community for 25 years.
Joe Tovar
Secretary/Tresurer
Joe Tovar was elected Secretary/Treasurer in 2024. He served as General Presbyter prior to his current position. Joe serves alongside his wife, Angela Tovar, as lead pastor for 31 years of Templo Sinai Assembly of God in Altus, OK. He has served as Executive Presbyter for 4 years and General Presbyter of SCHD from 2020 to 2024.

Executive Presbyter South West Region
Jesus Badillo was elected SCHD Executive Presbyter in 2024. Jesus is a loving and caring husband, father and pastor. He serves alongside his wife Ana and son Josue as lead pastor of Hechos Church, a church plant in Desoto, Texas.
Eduardo Abril
Executive Presbyter North East Region
Eduardo Abril is a pillar of strength in his presbytery. His compassionate approach to leadership helps build resilient churches and equips leaders for effective ministry.
Carlos Ramos
General Presbyter
Carlos Ramos serves as the General Presbyter for SCHD. He had served as Executive Presbyter since 2020. Carlos Ramos is a loving husband, father and Pastor. He and his wife, Rev. Rosa Ramos, have been the Lead Pastors of Refuge Church in Fort Worth, TX for 18 years.
